Hi everyone! I'm Valerie I’m a personal trainer. I began my journey feeling unhappy with my body and lacking confidence. It wasn't until I started working out that I regained my self-esteem and felt stronger than ever.
My mission is to help others embrace their ideal bodies and boost their confidence in the gym, especially beginners who might feel intimidated.
